The return of your orders

In the event that the Purchaser finds a manufacturing defect or a material defect, must submit a Complaint, which will be taken in charge and examined by the Company, which may request further information and / or the return of the Product concerned, at the expense and load of the Purchaser, at its Warehouse for each more appropriate verification than reported with the Complaint. Once the checks have been carried out, FENIX TEK SRL, at its sole discretion, may decide whether to refund or replace the Product, as any other remedial or compensatory remedy is excluded.
